Regular Polygon and Circle Area

This sketch helps students see what happens to the apothem of a regular polygon as the number of sides changes - specifically, the questions are meant to lead students to the understanding that as the number of sides becomes infinite, the apothem becomes a Radius, and the Perimeter becomes a circumference. From there, the equation can be re-written as A=(pi)(radius^2).
