UD10 Permutation of different cards (distinguishable objects)
This applet simulates how different objects can be arranged to obtain different permutations. You can adjust the number of cards from 2 to 4. In case of 3 cards, a tree diagram is shown to illustrate why the number of permutation of 3 distinguishable objects is 3! = 6.
