This tool starts from a line segment and creates a pentagon with that segment as one side. It also creates segments on all of the sides of that pentagon meaning that the construction can be repeated. The intention is that this can be used to create almost-tilings of pentagons, possibly like Penrose tilings (though there's no forcing involved to ensure that they actually are Penrose tilings).
