Megan Schmidt got playing around with number patterns charted out on a square number spiral to see what visual pattern results. Super fun and very mathematical. After I made a sketch to do her investigation, I realized I got Ulam's Spiral basically for free.
K controls the length of the spiral, 1 to K.
The check number lets you locate a particular value and see if it's prime.
The command to find spot n in the spiral is spiralspot[n].
