Perpendicular Bisector Theorem (Part 1)

This applet helps students readily discover one conditional of the Perpendicular Bisector Theorem: "If a point is equidistant from the endpoints of a segment, then that point lies on the perpendicular bisector of that segment." Discovery activity questions are contained within the applet itself. The converse of this theorem is also true (see "Perpendicular Bisector Theorem (Part 2)").
