The average high and low temperatures for Orlando, Florida, over the course of a year are given in the following table. To make a scatter plot of this data, first determine which quantity will be the independent variable and which will be the dependent variable. Next, determine the scales of the scatter plot. Finally, plot each point to complete the scatter plot.
