TrueType Fonts and Bézier Curves

TrueType fonts are constructed by using Bézier curves of degree one and two. In this applet the Bézier curves outlining the letter below are rendered by parametric equations. The endpoints and the control points of the Bézier curves are functions of the width of the letter.
