Allow pupils to see examples of positive and negative indices (powers) generated interactively using the sliders m and n
as well as positive and negative bases to which the indices are applied.
Updated version 5 May 24 : Improved the notation for negative bases and also for case where base is one or negative one. Also corrected error where base is zero, which should be undefined or indeterminate.
