I am from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Central America. In 1993 I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH). In 2005 I earned a Master in Astronomy and Astrophysics in the UNAH. In 2018 I earned my Ph. D. in Physics, specialization in Astrophysics, at the University of Coimbra. I am the Ph. D. trailblazer of my College. In 2018-2019 I was the Head of the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics of the UNAH. Now, I am the Academic Coordinator of the Master in Astronomy and Astrophysics of the UNAH. My research interests are Space Weather, Magnetic Observatories and Earth's magnetosphere.
