Hi, I'm a biologist with interests in Maths and Physics. I may say that I'm not very talented in both fields, but the passion for them prevails. I love thinking one can experiment some ideal system just in his own mind, or on a piece of paper! I'm build in experimental cellular and nuclear biochemistry before the advent of very fancy technologies and automatization. Starting from the “raw” material via extracts and chromatography was something which offered a real sense of discovery; plus the heuristic approach that gave a lip to the quite often slippery building up new understanding and peer pointing the underlying rationale for future reference . So, when necessary I still learn things "brute force" and rough experimentation, before reaching an easier comprehension and find some development by myself. Recently, I got fascinated by the group structure of the Elliptic Curves. Is fun and surprising. I get help from Geogebra and (once) Maple, though I do not have programming skills. For the theoretical aspects I mainly follow the video-lectures on-line from the major Universities around the World, mainly USA, UK, and India. A service still absent in my Country Home (sig!). Best regards , and tanks for sharing your precious knowledge and tools … Federico Coda Zabetta. May 19, 2015
